How to schedule an appointment
A fee of $125 will be due in advance of your scheduled appointment. This fee is non-refundable, however, if you need to reschedule your appointment, the fee will be credited for one rescheduled appointment, if you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your initial appointment.

PARKING:
We have a free parking lot in the back of our building. The entrance to our parking lot is on Mill. To enter our office, walk to the front of the building on Osos St. We are on the first floor.
